What the numbers look like in practice

A first deposit, explained simply

A first deposit is the entire cost picture in one place: the amount you send, the spread applied on conversion, and nothing else until you decide to invest. There is no monthly account fee waiting at the end and no charge for simply leaving your balance where it is.

What happens on the same day

Your balance appears once payment clears, and a specialist walks you through the plan before anything is opened. Nothing is placed automatically without you.

Withdrawals and what they cost

Withdrawals return to the payment method the money arrived from — this is a requirement, not a preference, and it's what keeps the account genuinely yours. Processing is free on our side; any deduction you see comes from your own bank or card issuer.

Timing you can plan around

Requests made on a working day are reviewed the same day. Card returns usually settle within three to five working days, bank transfers within two.
